Kathryn Martin has extensive experience litigating in both state and federal court. Ms. Martin graduated with High Honors from Lehigh University and was a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School where she was a member of the Hofstra Law Review. She was awarded a Citation for Excellence in Procedural Law and graduated with Distinction.
Ms. Martin began her legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable William C. Conner in the Southern District of New York. She went on to represent clients in complex commercial litigation throughout the country at Dewey Ballantine, LLP and later represented large government agencies as an Assistant Attorney General in the Litigation Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office and as Senior Counsel in the Labor & Employment Unit of the New York City Law Department. Most recently, Ms. Martin served as an Executive Agency Counsel in the Labor & Employment Unit of the MTA New York City Transit Authority.
Ms. Martin lives in Westchester with her husband and two daughters.
